All families receiving Labour support will have 1-2 post natal visits included. These are tailored to your needs & wishes and can be discussed in full on booking but here are some ideas.

-Well being visit to talk through your birth story and how you are experiencing the first few days of parenthood.

-General household support including doing a shopping trip, some light housework, cooking a meal, basic pet care, etc so that you can spend time focusing on yourself and your baby.

-Playing with baby and/or older children while you do something for you such as having a nice bath or even a nap!

-Being with you while you learn new skills like getting to grips with feeding, bathing your baby, wearing a sling for the first time, using cloth nappies, etc.

-Mementos; hand and foot prints, early days photography

-Gentle massage and/or traditional postpartum binding.
